Gambling hall despite blocking (reclaim stake?)

Hi guys
did therapy in 2019 to get my addiction under control, everything went well so far. Last 3 years free of gambling, made training, etc.. Now it has caught me 3 weeks ago but again. At that time I was banned in Germany for good (or as long as possible). The funny thing about all this: Am in the first arcade, there my ID was checked electronically and apparently he has not struck. Could play without problems. At the next casino then came all at once that I am locked. And then a third case, I found a small casino right near me, which does not check at all. I voluntarily showed my ID, the lady took a quick look and that was it.
The latter I will definitely report, because they have not checked me once until today. (thanks for the post with ba-larm, I did not know until today).
Now my question, there is a ruling from the BGH that in such cases the stakes must be paid back. So if they let me play despite blocking.
How does one initiate such a thing? Probably full program with lawyer etc. or? That would be worthwhile only from 5,000+ loss or so I suppose?
Thanks a lot
Kind regards

I'm not even aware that a statewide ban is even possible in gaming establishments?
A few rulings against as well as for the plaintiff/player
- In North Rhine-Westphalia, a lawsuit for self-banings in gambling halls was recently rejected. Two gamblers had asked to be banned from their arcade, where the request had been rejected with reference to the "unfeasible ID control".
(...)Even if someone is banned from a gaming hall, they can go to the nearest hall and continue playing there.
Should you visit a lawyer for civil law , then I would not tell him about the forum here. Because after your 2019 therapy, according to your profile, you continued to gamble online. With Online Casinos, I think there is a greater chance of recovering your funds...
Regardless of the fact that before the new treaty the ban was only valid in the hall in which you are banned how will you prove in a gambling hall how much you have lost?
The take there most likely anyway only the value of the law per hour at a machine can be lost and that's 60 € so rather not worthwhile

Just excluded myself at SlotMagie, so I am blocked in every German licensed casino or arcade nationwide, so it is possible
yes there is a possibility to get blocked in gambling halls nationwide. You can do this via the Oasis website in Darmstadt. There you can have yourself blocked nationwide
Also one can reclaim the employment. However, this only applies if the Internet site is operated legally and appears in the nationwide licensing register. Unfortunately, this does not apply to websites that are operated by foreign countries. If you still have questions about gambling, you are welcome to contact PlayChange (online counseling). There are experts there who can help you with these matters as well
