I played at Wunderwins and was lucky to have a hit of 7845€, I verified myself and requested a first payout of 1000 euros. I followed the agbs and never bet over the maximum bet. I played with bonus and it was wagered. I was in the chat every week and unfortunately I always get the answer that the responsible department is checking my withdrawal request and would let me know by email. The game has been running for almost 2 months. Can you help me with my problem?

I looked carefully at the reviews and reports on the internet it looked like the casino was very good. It was written something about Gammix now it says Starscream it seems like the owner is someone else now. I have of course already looked at CasinoGuru and also Askgamblers but I can't find Starscream or Wunderwinns there. I thought maybe someone here could help me and solve the problem.

isn't there a max cash out for every bonus? I can't say anything negative about the casino except that since it is no longer run by gammix the payouts take longer..on Guru you can only find it with vpn..I don't know if Julian can help there?! I'll ask him for you
If there is a maximum cashout, they could have canceled the payout and reduced it to the amount you are allowed to keep. I played at Wunderwins Casino for years and deposited and withdrew dozens of times. Even after switching from Gammix to Starscream, there were no problems. I deposited, withdrew a few hours later and usually the withdrawal request was processed within a few hours.
