Hi, I played at Woopwin for the very first time yesterday because it was recommended to me by a Streamer!
I got a mail from a 500% bonus where I should Deposit 10€ and wager 1800€ !
I did, I didn't play over 1.80€ bet and wagered the bonus and still had 300€ left, the bonus was no longer displayed to me instead real money ! Then I made a bonus purchase of 20€, now you think I made the bonus purchase while the bonus was still active, which is not true !!!
With the 20€ purchase I won 9€, after that I continued to play normally and had 650€ in payout !
Suddenly I get an email saying my withdrawal was canceled because I violated the bonus conditions and I got my 10€ back !!!!
This is absoulutely cheeky! I can prove in time with pictures and histories that I was shown that I have real money and no bonus and then the purchase was made !!!
Need urgent help !!!
Have tried everything at the support but they do nothing!
It could also be that it was a system error with them or no idea what, when playing the game went out every 15 minutes and I had to log in again in the casino !!!

For unknowing players, this casino group is pretty sneaky. Locked slots are not automatically locked and bonus purchases should only be made with real money.
