Hi, I played at Woopwin for the very first time yesterday because it was recommended to me by a Streamer!
I got a mail from a 500% bonus where I should Deposit 10€ and wager 1800€ !
I did, I didn't play over 1.80€ bet and wagered the bonus and still had 300€ left, the bonus was no longer displayed to me instead real money ! Then I made a bonus purchase of 20€, now you think I made the bonus purchase while the bonus was still active, which is not true !!!
With the 20€ purchase I won 9€, after that I continued to play normally and had 650€ in payout !
Suddenly I get an email saying my withdrawal was canceled because I violated the bonus conditions and I got my 10€ back !!!!
This is absoulutely cheeky! I can prove in time with pictures and histories that I was shown that I have real money and no bonus and then the purchase was made !!!
Need urgent help !!!
Have tried everything at the support but they do nothing!
It could also be that it was a system error with them or no idea what, when playing the game went out every 15 minutes and I had to log in again in the casino !!!
That can't be right....
Can someone please help me to get the 650€ back?

Woopwin is reputable, but unfortunately you have no option here, because at Woopwin the maximum bet you are allowed to make also counts after the successful wager. This means that you have violated this with your bonus purchase of €20, and nothing can be done about it. I would like to tell you something else, but you should have paid out first....

For unknowing players, this casino group is pretty sneaky. Locked slots are not automatically locked and bonus purchases should only be made with real money. Even if it says real money in the menu, e.g. after bonus turnover, it still isn't, even if everyone knows it's nonsense. With real money you should be able to play anything you want, really bad if the balance is then taken and not paid out

No one here can repeat the 650 euros to you, they can only give you advice so that it doesn't happen to you again.

The bonus purchase was made when the bonus was converted into real money!
I can prove that ! This is 100% not right

Just had a huge issue at sister casino BluVegas Casino.... 300 € depositor has disappeared. 810 €. Cashback is not being paid out. Customer service has been stalling me for days... The losses are no more. Within normal limits, the whole thing is pretty bitter

Do you actually read what people have written to you here?
This is not allowed at Woopwin. Even after the successful conversion you are bound to the maximum stake.

Yes, of course I read what people have written here! But I've never experienced anything like that in any casino!
That can't be right, because bonus and real money makes no sense in the casino!
Because I will call in my lawyer and demand the money, I will definitely not let them rip me off !!!

Well-intentioned advice: save yourself the time and money for the lawyer. Firstly, the casino is based in Curacao, and secondly, they act in accordance with their terms and conditions. And you accepted them when you registered. Quite apart from the fact that you wouldn't be allowed to play there legally from Germany anyway
Yes, this is very annoying for you overall, but use the knowledge for the next time and tick it off.

You are right that it may not make sense according to conventional thinking, but it is regulated everywhere that a payout must first be made in order to be able to "break out" of this "bonus mode" with its regulations (max cashout, prohibited games, max bet amount + bonus purchase). Only when a depositor makes a Deposit that is no longer related to a bonus offer can you act freely. Unfortunately, the money is gone and no lawyer can get it back, which is why I would not accept additional costs for the lawyer. That would only make this "casino bill of exchange", which everyone has caught over the years, even more expensive.

If you read it, then I don't understand why you keep insisting on it. All the users who have replied to you have years of experience here and have seen cases like this many times. You may be surprised, but all cases have always had the same result --> cancelation of the win.

It's unfair and sneaky, no question, but you're not the first and won't be the last to fall for this trap.

I would therefore advise you to write off the money and take the consequences, i.e. delete your player account there and/or never accept Bonuses again so that you don't fall for such traps again.

I have a lawyer in the family, all good, I'll save myself the costs, he'll support me too
And I've read through these Bonus terms and conditions 3 times, I've never read such nonsense as Woopwin's in my life!
This is a brazen rip-off publicly on the Internet

Won't do you any good as they ignore letters from lawyers or similar. Nothing will come of it 100%, whether you want to accept it or not. But the lawyer can certainly explain this to you if he takes the trouble to find out more.

And even if I don't manage to get this 650€ back, I will make sure that Woopwin will continue to do this to thousands of people and put all the money in their pockets !
This is a disgrace of a casino, it puts all casinos in a bad light again!
Otherwise I always play at Irwin, the casino would never pull something like this, the numbers are out and the money is in the account in under 3 minutes!
This casino obviously cheats almost everyone who plays there! If you don't have a bonus, they don't pay out or wait until you've gambled it all away, I don't want to know how many people they do that with! I wonder how woopwin can be rated as good if 10 out of 90 things are rated good !
If not I will contact the license giver of the casino with my lawyer, it is also questionable how such a casino can have a license at all!
Mfg ✌🏻

I have always received money from them, I understand if you are angry now, I would be too. But by now I and others already know their practices and you are prepared for it. With No Dep free spins, I don't play any blocked slots or exceed the maximum bet limit. There's not much you can do about it
