Wildz: Wildz- Verification of a blocked credit card

Hello,

because of a withdrawal I had to verify my Wildz account again last week. Here they also want to have verified a Visa card that was blocked in December. I have uploaded the photos of this card repeatedly, but it is requested again each time. I have also uploaded a screenshot of my Visa account and sent it by email, on which it is evident that this card is blocked. By the way, the new card is already verified, as well as all other requested documents. The Live Chat can't help and the email support always writes I have to upload the card. I don't know what else to do, any ideas?

In principle, they should not be interested in whether it is blocked. What do you mean by obvious? Why is it locked?

The card was blocked because some webshop attempted a debit not authorized by me. I received a new card afterwards. The screenshot shows that it is my visa account and the card with the extension xxx is blocked. An excerpt of an old visa invoice with apparent Deposit to Wildz was apparently also not accepted...

Only the first six and last four digits of the number may be visible. In the case of letterpress printing, also on the reverse side. And the three-digit number on the reverse must be hidden.

Yes I know - but I got an email with "Verification documents requested as the card is no longer valid"- and then they want the credit card upload again????? Every time,...

By no longer valid, do you mean that the card had expired? That is, the date on the card.

No, the card is simply blocked - my new card is verified - the "no longer valid" came from Wildz. And it is true, it is no longer valid because it was blocked in December......

It's strange that Wildz doesn't understand this.
Maybe it helps if you scan/photograph all four sides of the card and upload them in one image, with the note: left old, right new?
Otherwise, I think they also have a telephone support
