Hello dear forum,

Since I can not create a thread in public complaints, I thought I bring the thread here. Should it be wrong here I ask for shift.

Now to my problem. As mentioned above, I have been trying in vain to cash out at Wildz for days. Each time my withdrawal is cancelled without me getting any info. If I would not check every time, the money would not be paid out next year. I have written several times with the support, which said that they could not see the problem and that I should just try again. I have now 4! Times tried to pay out but a confirmation is not in sight. I am also verified. In addition, the support is not the friendliest and one is given the feeling you would only annoy the person.

It is here also (only) about 100 € why I can not understand that absolutely. That I will gamble it, I have no fear because I had deposited there only because Twin has the last time problems. Nevertheless, the 50 € win and I would like to have... I just tried it again with another method instead of Skrill with bank transfer.
If nothing happens again I would keep you up to date.
