Good day dear GambleJoe community,

I have the following problem. I won around 1000 Euros at Wildz Casino and requested a payout immediately afterwards.

A short time later I was told that I need to verify myself. When I saw the requested documents, I felt sick.
I noticed that a credit card was requested that I must have deposited with at some point in 2019. This credit card is in my mother's name because a few years ago I had to open an account with a certain bank that guaranteed me free withdrawals abroad.

The account with which the credit card is operated is also in my name. The deposits, which led to the win, were made exclusively with giropay and I also had no remaining balance on the account.
