Hello all,

i won a total of just over 1700€ on 20/10/2020.
Of this I made withdrawals of once 250 and once 1400€ - the account was already verified - all good.

On 21.10.2020 I got a mail I should re-verify my account - I found unusual but good - documents sent by mail and waited.

Today is 25.10.2020. So far exactly nothing has happened. Neither the Verification status nor the payout.
Previously, it always went quickly, at the first major win, they want to drag it out and avoid the payout.

Do I have any way to speed this up?
It's just annoying, the support can help 0.0 and responds only with standard modules.
