Afternoon,
About my problem:
I have created a second account, because I could no longer Deposit on the old account. Since I have probably not completely written out my first name when registering, but only used the short form. A few months ago this did not cause any problems.
So I made myself a new account and deposited 450€ (I didn't use any bonus)
After a long back and forth I tried to withdraw 500€.
But that did not work, because the bank account is deposited with the other account.
Then I described the situation to the live support. They first made me aware that it is forbidden.
Then I got the message that multiple accounts can be deleted.
Have now tried to make the withdrawal to another account.
Can the withdrawal still be made now?
