I have verified myself in December at Voodoo Dreams uploaded all possible documents and received an email that my player account was completely verified successfully.
As far as good Friday I have then won 1100€ and have been asked when I requested the withdrawal to verify my bank account in which I upload a bank statement. Well actually my account was verified but of course I have uploaded this gladly. When I then asked over the weekend how long the processing will take, I was told that it would be done as soon as possible. On Monday morning I still have not heard anything and asked again before I then got the same mail as Friday with the request to send a bank statement to verify my bank account. No word that the account statement uploaded on Friday would not be okay or anything else. Of course I uploaded again a current account statement in PDF format the third time. When I had heard nothing until 18 o'clock I asked in the chat where I was then suddenly told that I had to upload all documents so that my account can be verified, which I then did immediately. An email I did not get had I not asked I would be next week still waiting or how!? Very strange because my account was already completely verified since December. Then the employee told me my documents would be checked as soon as possible but he does not know how long it will take and I would get an email. Very strange everything and I feel completely screwed how can this be please? Since I can not cancel the payout, it can not be because they hope that I gamble the money. But it can't be that a player account which was already verified suddenly has to send other documents again and again for a payout of 1100€!
