Hi guys

I have a question and namely I have some time ago on Videoslots made a withdrawal via ecoPayz, the withdrawal was rejected have nevertheless received the 100€ on my ecoPayz account.... The whole thing was on 17.01. Since then I have made many deposits and withdrawals via ecoPayz, without any problems.... Until yesterday.... I have received 121€ from the weekend booster and have paid out 100€ directly, they were also 2 minutes later on it, then I deposited a few minutes later 10€ via ecoPayz and then my account was restricted (can log in but no games start) and then came this email:

Kindly be advised that your account has been recently blocked from play due to notifications received related to reversed transactions linked to your Videoslots account.

The notifications refer to the below transactions

Date and time stamp: 2020-01-17 15:07:55
Amount: 100 EUR
Method: Ecopayz

We would appreciate if you could please settle this outstanding debit as soon as possible by placing a Deposit onto our site and inform us so we can deduct this from the available balance. Alternatively, you may wish to contact Trustly to get more information.

Does anyone know if they are in the right?

Here is the chat history:

Krzysztof J:
I checked with the finance department. The payout got stuck and we refunded it to you. In the meantime, the payment was sent to your Ecopayz, so you received the money twice.
(05:58:20) Krzysztof J: Therefore, the amount must be settled.
(05:59:03) ***: I did not receive the 2x 😳
(05:59:35) Krzysztof J: The matter has just been reviewed.

Krzysztof J:
That shows you got the money.
(06:01:47) ***: Yeah right... But not 2x like they just meant
(06:02:12) Krzysztof J: The second time you got on your video slots account.
(06:02:34) ***: No 😳
(06:03:00) ***: I did not get €100 again on my Video Slots account.

Edit: Player name removed

Yes and now?

You have to Deposit the 100 euros, then they will debit it to you.
In the time your profile will be locked, but goes quite fast.
After that you are free again and can play normally.

After depositing, it is best to inform the support via Live Chat, so that they can make the booking.

You had once paid out 100, which was rejected and still get the 100 transferred from Videoslots and then had these 100 euros in addition to your account on it to play, because the payout should not actually take place? So you have now got 100 euros from there too much and they want to have that back now? Or did I understand that wrong.

But that was not my fault... 😒 Then I asked if they do not set my weekend bonus next week to zero (I'm at just under 100 €) he said that Monday will be decided...
Because they build some shit and that is not even my fault, but they could at least release my account to play or can offset directly with the weekend booster.... Am one of their best customers and they do not even meet a little bit 😤😡

Was not your fault, but if they have paid too much because of a mistake they can rightly block your account.

I had such a case once. I went into the chat, they set the credit to zero and thanked me. If I hadn't done that, I would have had a permanent feeling in the back of my mind that they could refuse a payout at any time.

They could have offset it against the Weekend Booster, but VS Support is no longer what it once was.

aha, so you have it very well checked that the 100.- are still in the acc and you got at the same time another 100.- on eco, I say now nothing to

they come to meet you (it will be decided on monday, we will be just no responsible person there).

do not understand that everyone thinks he is one of the best customers just because he turns over a few thousand in the week --> believe me for vs are completely different sums normal

it was not your fault but still you should have asked why your money is still on the VS account, the bottom line is that they only want what they are entitled to and therefore you are not entitled to. if they had wasted your payment and it would never have arrived you would be in the right
