1. I'm a new, still inexperienced user who didn't mean to upset or pillory anyone here in any way shape or form

2. I missed to make many screenshots on the evening in question, because I was guaranteed clarification by the support and I did not expect that my account would be banned out of nowhere... Was probably too gullible. But I made 1 screenshot, which I want to keep as the only evidence for me, if I have to go out with a lawsuit.
