Dear Community,

i am writing to you because yesterday I won a lot of money and instead of getting paid I was banned.

Last night I played Battle of Slots at Videoslots Round 5 - Jackpot Chase. In the Pot was 5500€ divided into:

1. 50% (2750€)
2. 25 % (1375€)
3. 15% (825€)
4. 10% (550€)

Everything went very well and I was 1st place and still had a few spins left. All the others, except for one (who was clearly below me and had only a few spins left), had already used up all their spins and were below me in the table. So I was at least the 2.place 1375 € and actually already the 1.place with 2750 € sure.

Shortly before the end when I wanted to play my last spins, this was suddenly no longer possible
I immediately contacted the support and it said that you currently have problems with the Battle of Slots and that it would all be settled and an admin would contact me.

Now I wanted to log back into my account this morning and check the current situation and had to realize that I have been banned, GRUNDLOS! I have of course immediately turned to the support, but they could not give me any information and only said that I have to write a mail.

In addition, there is still money on my account, which I have deposited myself and to which I no longer have access.

Long Story short: I have won almost 3000€ and instead of getting money I was blocked

I now need good advice from you and is there anyone who had a similar situation or knows Videoslots?

With kind regards

Chris

Shocks me just a bit, what jucken Videoslots 1000 - 3000 euros! I guess before anyone here can answer you have to wait for the mail from VS

Have you already requested a payout? That is not clear from your post!?

So I had already won a day before 300€ and let them pay me yesterday. Everything without problems.

Have then yesterday again money raufgeladen and just played through my ticket until I was in the final and then shortly before the end apparently banned.

I am on the verge of contacting Mr. William Ahlberg personally.

Hi, maybe there were indeed problems with Battles and your account has been temporarily suspended until this is resolved. But I wouldn't worry too much, you will get your money from Videoslots. (As long as you have not made false statements about your person etc.)

Best Regards

I really hope so, because I was already really happy about this and for me personally this is a lot of money.

To criticize is that VS does not immediately send a mail with "Sorry, temporarily your account has been blocked blah blah blah...we are trying blah blah blah... "

I have not even received an email for the fact that my account has been blocked at all. How much do you think it is higher to contact Videoslots directly via social media like LinkedIn or Facebook?

I have played until now almost only at Videoslots but what is going on now so everything I do not like more, yesterday evening at the freerolls several times first made and not been counted, so I stopped playing. If this continues, I will no longer play there.
