VegaDream Casino: [resolved] Refusal of payment due to alleged violation of terms and conditions

On 02.06.2023 I made a Deposit of 300€ with a 20% turnover-free bonus and played with the total 360€ and came up to 733€. Then I made a withdrawal request for the real money in the amount of 673€ and confirmed that thus also the bonus is canceled. All bets up to this point were below the 4€ limit. Today on 05.06.2023, so 3 days later, the withdrawal was not yet processed and instead of a new deposit I canceled the withdrawal of 673 € to play with this real money. Since I have now partially played with stakes of 6€ and have come to a winning sum of 1296€, which I have requested again for payment. This sum was canceled again within a short time and in my account are now the originally deposited 300€, because I would have violated the terms and conditions, because I would have made bets of over 4€ with an active bonus. Since I had to explicitly confirm the cancellation of the bonus with the first withdrawal request, from my point of view no active bonus can have existed when I made the higher bets. Do I see something wrong or are there chances to get my wins?

That's how I see it too. The bonus deal (transaction) was not yet completed.

They could have demanded umpteen documents and as long as the money would have been in limbo.

Actually irrelevant because on the one hand Bonus money was canceled and on the other hand there is no max cashout

I hope you're right, it's at least already passed on the support. Now it is called wait and see.

Since the TE has violated the bonus conditions, I will mark the thread as solved and close it.
