Hey,

i deposited 100€ via "nodaypay" on 17.12.24 at Vegadream without using any bonus conditions or similar. Then I played with it (even if it should be irrelevant because I had no bonus, but I had more than 1.000€ wager) and wanted to cash out when I was at 250€. This was not possible because I was told that my money was actually Bonus money and that I had not yet wagered it.

I then wrote a ticket and asked how the problem could be solved.

When the ticket was not processed after 2 days, I thought oh never mind... I'll just keep playing a little longer. After 2 bets, my balance was up to €690.

I then wrote another ticket.

Today I received a reply which again referred me to a Cashback bonus.

When I logged in, my money was set to €0.00. The last status in the history is €690 and there are no other transactions or similar.
