Hey Community,

i would like to know if anyone has ever had such a problem with Twin or another casino and whether the matter could be settled.
I have deposited money from my bank account on the Twin Casino account of my buddy and then also played 600€.
Now we wanted to pay out the money, however, the casino is querulous, because the money came from my account.
They refer to their terms and conditions and have also collected the money directly on the casino account.
I have read on the Internet that you still have a pretty good chance to get your money, because the casino would not have been allowed to approve the Deposit of another person.
This I have also communicated to the support, but they refer each time only to the terms and conditions and put themselves cross.
I think times for 600 € to turn on a lawyer would not be very economical or?
Or maybe someone has other approaches for me or own experiences?

Greetings Fabian

Legend
This is stated in most terms and conditions.
You will probably have no chance to get your money.

At least they have to transfer the deposit back. They can definitely keep the win, but some casinos show goodwill, others not.
