sunmaker: [solved] Account closed - remaining payment problems

Hi together,

I had all my accounts blocked due to gambling addiction. I still had around 200€ on my sunmaker account and had them paid out manually via Sunmaker afterwards. Sunmaker now wrote me that my bank allegedly rejected the payment - via Trustly. But I have never had any problems with Trustly and my bank. Have already made many many payouts from casinos via Trustly. I have never seen any confirmation from Sunmaker that they ever attempted a withdrawal. My bank has also not confirmed any rejections or the like. I even cashed out money via Trustly on Friday at another casino where I got closed. That went smoothly! The support says I have to open a new bank account, to which is then paid out. Because I don't have a second one. There is no other withdrawal option except wire transfer. They also don't want to reactivate my account for a short time so that I can pay out manually myself. That always worked without problems. I do not know what to do. The support kicks me out of the chat after a while with the info: The chat is not "goal-directed". But they also don't want to send me any confirmation of an attempted transaction/rejection. Can you help me?

My offers would be:

1. I arrange the payout in my account myself. This always worked. But a temporary reactivation is necessary for this.

2. Another withdrawal (PayPal, check, Skrill, credit card) is allowed.

3. I will receive exact transaction info so I can contact my bank about it.

4. I was told that it might be because my bank does not allow casino payments if they are visible in the transfer text. Since the withdrawal was manual via Sunmaker, Sunmaker may have specified in the transfer text that it is a casino withdrawal. If necessary, a new withdrawal attempt with a different transfer text would be possible. Sunmaker did not want to answer me and ended the chat.

5. Further ideas? A third person, e.g. your, over which you payout to me flows further?

Thanks in advance for your support. I have saved the support chat of course.

Lg,
Max

For once, I'm not going to stoop to your low level of communication.

As you can read above, the reason was Gambling addiction, so as not to gamble away the money.

So to your question: No, not stupid.

Edit:

By the way, I'm still trying it now via a spontaneously created N26 bank account.

Vll works that. Waiting time according to support 1 week.

So let's wait and see.

Does you now nothing more; but it would have been easier to set a loss limit and then calmly pay out the money...... .

Certainly correct. Nevertheless, the casino should ensure yes a reasonable payout option and communication. Even under the current circumstances. LG

Infinitely many other casinos are already waiting for you to be able to continue to satisfy your gambling addiction. And if you have excluded yourself at some point in all MGA licensed casinos, then you get to the Curacao Klitschen. Most of them don't have a blocking function and it won't be that easy for you to lock yourself out. In any case, you are already very deep in the addiction swamp, if you do not even manage to wait for the payout before you completely exclude yourself from the casino. I think therapy for you is urgently needed.

Thanks for your input. However, I am looking for helpful tips here in the subject context of sunmaker and not to my personal situation by alibi psychologists. The theme at Sunmaker has been running for 45 days, this one I am game free. And it will stay that way 🙂

I would be happy if the thread stays on-topic from now on. Thanks in advance to all. LG

N26 is the worst possible idea for. I also have an account with them and nothing works with Trustly

That's how different it is:

I have already received several thousand euros from Trustly paid out to my N26 account. Completely problem-free.
Only you can not Deposit via N26 Trustly because they do not offer that. Strange.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the input! I will just give it a try. If not sunmaker must offer another alternative in the medium term. I can not open 20 accounts and hope that one goes.

So just hope for N26. That was the fastest to open. We will see.
