Hello dear ones,
i requested my transaction lists from 3 casinos exactly 4 weeks ago, as I am completely blocked from all 3 casinos (due to gambling addiction) and can no longer pull the lists out of my account myself
From Vera&John I have already received the list after 2nd request (took about a week)
But with sunmaker and sunnyplayer leads simply no way purely that I get this list
They always put me off I should have patience, because there are many deposits, it takes time
This has been going on for 4 weeks and 1 day. Again and again the same standard emails, you have forwarded it to the appropriate department blah blah blah...
Now let's be honest, I work in accounting myself and such a list makes absolutely zero effort, you can so easily pull out of the respective player account and import into Excel
Do you have any suggestions/tips on how I can somehow get hold of these lists?
It is not possible to reactivate my account and I don't want to. I want to keep it closed forever
The support also does not give me an email for this department...
