Hello,

Maybe someone can help.
I have given 22 800€ in withdrawal on 19.3.
Had deposited 130€ and claimed the 100% welcome bonus.
I followed all possible rules, did not play any games that are not playable with bonus and also respected the max limit per spin.
After several days I received an email asking me to verify my account.
This I have done.
It was also displayed (1 week it took) that I have made verification.
Then nothing came again.
