So I requested a withdrawal from StarGames on 3.04
have been trying to verify myself ever since, but I keep getting stupid email replies
such as that my hand must be completely visible on the selfie with ID, have already sent several
sent several, nothing happens,
then they complained that I have a different address on my ID and documents,

The player contacted us via Communicator on 6.4. The payout was made on 8.4.
It was indeed, as mheld84 writes, a completely normal check for multiple accounts. mheld84 did not answer some questions from our team or only answered them later (the change of address, for example) as to why the payout was not carried out.
