Dear Community, Dear StarGames Support,

Since last Friday, my StarGames login, including my balance and current wins, has been blocked for no apparent reason,

The support at hilfe@stargames.de is unfortunately not very helpful and requests new documents every day, all of which I have duly submitted,

The only thing I can't provide is a picture of my old credit card, which I haven't used since October 12th.

Instead, I have of course sent the requested photo of my new follow-up credit card from the same bank and the same account. In addition, I have already made several depositors with the follow-up card and cannot see why my account is still blocked.
