I won over 12,000 Euros on Stake 7 on 12/23/21 and requested 10,000 Euros of that as my payout.

The first time it was rejected because I have applied in too high steps, so again 2300 euro steps before but no one has pointed out to me in the chat when asking for the purpose of processing.

Then rejected again, because of error with the payment Provider
Applied again. To date, no receipt of money. It stands since 10.01.2022 on successful and I'm always just put off and get no binding statement. Everyone says something different. First it said successful when money is in my account, but where is the money???
