2.5 weeks ago I won a large amount on Sloty and now I need to verify.
Paying out smaller amounts before, was no problem.

Now I am waiting since this time for my account to be confirmed. In the support chat I am held up and it is pointed out to a mail that I get when the process is completed. I have not received this yet, although it says in 24-72h the Verification is through.

I deposited via Sofortüberweisung and sent my bank statement with the respective transfers for verification. This was rejected and said I needed a bank statement from my Sofort account.
