My somewhat unpleasant experience with SlottyVegas; chance of justice in case of a complaint?
I have made three withdrawals at Slotty within 5 days. Two of them on the Visa with which I had deposited and the last on a newly added MasterCard since Visa no longer works for gambling in DE.
After a few days all three withdrawals were simply rejected with the reason that I should first verify a MasterCard although the Visa was already verified. This is not a very serious practice - it would have been enough to reject the one MasterCard withdrawal, or as it is practiced in many other casinos, to request the documents without canceling the withdrawals.
Of course, I uploaded the documents and paid out again; problem with that:
Two active Bonuses from a later Deposit independent of this (1x freespin wins and 1x untouched bonus balance from non-sticky) were cancelled. Wager of freespins was almost through. Questions to support for a customer-friendly solution all found no response.
