i have confirmed a payout at SlotsMillion on 14.05. for 500,30€. The money I have until today not yet on my account. In the meantime I have received 2 more withdrawals which I requested one and two days later. I have now sent the support at Slotsmillion two screenshots of my online banking on which all payments can be seen. Now they want a bank statement since May 13 as a PDF file. What a nonsense --- I would have to go to the bank and have it printed out and then scanned. It can't be a big problem that SlotsMillion as a paying customer gets in touch with Trustly and gets the proof of payment confirmed. Has it ever happened to you that a transfer from Trustly simply disappeared?

I just contacted our Payment team and they informed me that the 2 other withdrawals you requested have already been paid

Now regarding the 500.30€, we requested a bank statement from you because in the screenshot you sent, there were no mentions of your bank name nor account number. So we couldn't verify that what you sent is actually the account where we transferred the 500.30€ with Trustly.
In the meantime, to not lose any time, we contacted Trustly to either get a confirmation the payment went through or a detailed explanation if it did not.

Let me know if you have any more questions. I will get back to you once we have updates from Trustly. Certainly, early next week.
