Hi,
i am new here and maybe you have a tip.
I have been with SlotsMillion for over a year and my account is also verified. On 08/17/2019 I won at SM and requested the payout.
Nothing came and came, then I asked. They said there was a problem with SOFORT ( Sofortüberweisung ) and I would be affected and many German accounts would have to be verified. I should have patience.
Okay...but now we go into the third week and after umpteen mails and chats I am still no step further. I had to send my bank statements so that I can prove that I have not received any money back from SOFORT. I hear only always: " We can do nothing, wait for release "from above ". And that now already since the 17.08.
I have then turned to the complaints department, my account is now blocked and my money I still do not have
I still asked if I can do something so that it goes faster, because I am in the right. But no, they would have everything now.
Supposedly this IMMEDIATE problem exists since February and since they do not report???
Do you have another idea?

Hopefully your lawyer applies EU law and not German law, in DE it is forbidden by law to play there at all and thus it is always unclear how the jurisdiction will end up.
You should have contacted the MGA or the arbitration board (Pro Mediate (UK) Limited), alternatively there are also services of some Affiliate sites that could help you. I'm sure if the problem with Sofort is resolved you will get your money, just stay tuned in the end everything will be resolved.

So... I contacted mga and adr on 8/28. Consequently my account would be suspended and they are now using that as a reason not to pay out. I will not be able to soon. Now se waiting for feedback from mga....
How long does this take and what else can I do...except go to the lawyer?
