Got some more explanations from our Customer Support manager.
As the transaction appeared in our system under a 3[sup]rd[/sup] party name, we needed to proceed with extra Verification as according to our T&C 2.1.10. "In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your Member Account, you shall only use such credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.". Hence the request for all those documents and explanations.
I'm sorry for the time we took to verify your account and process your withdrawal. I t indeed exceeded our usual time to process verifications and withdrawals, however we are obligated by the regulators to run those checkups on certain customers' accounts and certainly will continue doing so to provide the highest possible transaction security.
Again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Could you please confirm the good reception of your funds, which I believe happened yesterday, correct?
