I have been playing at Slotmillion for 2 years and have never had any problems withdrawing. Verification went through the first time without problems. Since March 20 they suddenly want more documents e.g.

- Copy of a bank statement (dated within the last thirty days) from the bank account (account verification)

- Copy of an account statement from the account your card (VISA) is linked to (dated within the last three months, a transaction to the card must be visible)

I have already uploaded 3x now nothing is accepted. I have no idea what else to send them.

Does anyone else have a problem like this ??

I basically had the problem that with really every payout 1 to 2 new documents were required..with really every payout..you have to stay patient..4 weeks was the maximum with me..and that with smallest amounts. I had not paid in for a long time because it was too cumbersome for me to start over every time..but 3 weeks ago I paid in 20 again and made 360 out of it..and what a miracle...I did not have to send any new documents..the first time after 1.5 years that nothing more was required in addition 😝 ..I could not believe it..but you will have nothing left but to send what they want..they sit on the longer lever..just keep resending...it always takes forever..but my payout I've always received even if it took 4 weeks.
