Slotsmillion: Payout artificially delayed although the account was already fully verified

Hello all,

i became aware of SlotsMillion through the forum/site back then and generated a turnover of around 18.000€ last year (unfortunately forgot my username of the forum - therefore this new one here).

Now to my problem:

I have a winning sum of 9.500€ pay out (without bonus etc. played) want. Unfortunately, this payout was rejected on the grounds that my account is not verified . Although many deposits and withdrawals already worked after Verification, this procedure is not understandable and unacceptable for me with a higher withdrawal amount. Fortunately, I have taken screenshots of the completely verified account (green ticks everywhere) and also of the withdrawal with the error message (account is not verified)

With another withdrawal in March I was funnily enough told by Slotsmillion that you are not allowed to play with the money after a requested withdrawal and a requested withdrawal may not be reversed (except other account, higher withdrawal amount, etc.)...To my PROTECTION

The reason for not making the withdrawal was not at my discretion or fault. The account was verified, which I can prove.

BRIEF
1. I requested a payout with verified account.
2. The withdrawal was delayed saying that my account was not verified.
3. The withdrawal did not take place and the security mechanisms did not work (continue playing after withdrawal)
4. I would not have been able to continue playing without this error (internal slotsmillion policy)

What do you think? Can anyone here support me in this incident? This is really more than annoying and unfair and I can also prove the action of slotsmillion with screenshots

In my eyes, there's not much you can do about it, except close the deal. Could you have set yourself a loss limit?

Unfortunately that didn't work either...It can't be that they can do whatever they want...even if it is verifiable. Verified is verified...and then invent a flimsy reason to prevent a Auszhalung...could upset me so much - still ! The point is that they said afterwards, it all fits...technical error and so...ups! Can not be...!

Can anyone here back me up on this incident?

What kind of support are you hoping for (if I may ask) ?

I hope to receive reports of experiences, other experiences and opinions. You also have to check your assessment. That's what I'm here for. Maybe it is a scam - then I could help others - I think, for such cases, this forum is there.

I have also contacted SlotsMillion in this regard. Unfortunately, I received no response to this process until today...

I don't think you'll hear from Slotmillions either.
Another question.
If you had now made from the 9500 euros, let's say 20000 euros, you would then also complain?

@mephisto:
1) The casino can initiate a new Verification at any time (point 3.3.3 in the terms and conditions) - is not nice, but you have so agreed.
2) With patience you would have gotten the money very likely - but you had none. To gamble away the money then is not the casino's fault.

That is true. But there was no new Verification - but only the
That it was all a technical error...and that is not in the terms and conditions...

Let's ask another question.
If you had made now from the 9500 euro, let's say 20000 euro, would you complain then also?

Yes, I would. It has an aftertaste - and to not get in touch with this request - which in my opinion is quite justified - shows the quality...and as I said - there was no further Verification - it was artificially delayed...thus could not block the payout and that would have annoyed me even if the win was even higher...
