Hello dear forum community,

i'm not sure if this thread fits here, but I couldn't create a new one under the "Complaints" section.

I am asking for any help or tips;
the following happened to me in the last few days:

New registration at schnellwetten.com, Deposit over 200 euros, in the casino with Book of Dead and various smaller wins at live Roulette, won about 25000 euros, yes not to believe but is so.-)
So far so good, then the first withdrawal of 3000 euros requested, this was also immediately the next day on my account.
In addition, 4x3000 euros, so 12000 total requested for payment. Lt. AGB one can apply only max.15k the week, which I thus also made. Another 8000 euros are on the player account.
The day before yesterday morning SchnellWetten then asked for verification. I have all the documents what was required, sent, including my bank account statement and confirmation that I am the sole account holder!

But the problem is now, my wife is co-authorized online user and authorized for my bank account, so her name was transferred in the system to the provider. As a result, my account was frozen and I received this mail from support:

We would like to inform you that customers are allowed to have a personal account where they have to register their personal data according to our rule 7.1

7.1 You may only register and play for yourself and not for anyone else.

As far as we know, the SchnellWetten account is used by a third person who is not the person whose details are registered on the account. We therefore regret to inform you that we have deducted your wins and cancelled your pending withdrawal requests and the account remains permanently closed in accordance with our Term 8.3

8.3 We understand that mistakes and typos happen, but if we find that the information you provided during registration is incorrect, we have the right to close your account and keep the funds on it. Likewise, if the Verification of your personal identification fails, we will also close your account and withhold the wins.

We understand that this was not the answer you were hoping for, but as a licensed Provider, all of our customers must abide by the Terms and Conditions. We hope for their understanding.
Have a great rest of your day!

Of course, I have vetoed this, because I can prove beyond doubt that it is my bank account!

Are there users who have had similar experiences? What if you use a joint account (not uncommon for spouses)!
Can anyone tell me how I can proceed, after all, it's about a lot of money here...
Of course I would be willing to give away some of my win, as long as I am successfully helped. I guess times about a lawyer that is nothing, the legal status is in Malta or Sweden if I have read the imprint correctly.

Furthermore, my mails are answered only sporadically; this one reached me today:

Please note that the person who is currently contacting us and whose documents we have received is not the same person whose data is registered on the SchnellWetten account. The data registered on the account included a female name and a different date of birth.

Once again, we would like to refer to our Terms and Conditions, which we pointed out in our last email, where it is mentioned that the use of third party accounts is prohibited and violations of the rules may result in the closure of the account and withholding of the wins. We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but this is a decision we had to make according to our Terms and Conditions, which must be followed by every customer.

Again, we hope for your understanding in this matter and have a great day!

The support clearly refers to money laundering and their AGB`S, however this is not comprehensible, does anyone have any advice?

I am very grateful for any info or Tip, many greetings!

I thought SchnellWetten is a NoAccount Casino, since when do you have to verify yourself, you do that through Trustly?

yes right,

but during the deposit/transaction my wife's name was transferred to SchnellWetten.com as the account holder, although I am the sole account holder (my wife only has the power of attorney to be an online co-user)
I have also sent all the proofs that I am the sole account holder to SchnellWetten.com but they say "third party access" etc.
A scam to not have to pay out the wins? Really unseriös, let's see if I can still be helped...

Hello forum community,

can no one help me?

In the meantime, SchnellWetten.com has written me a few more emails, they just put me off that the matter must be reviewed and the management decides, but does not look so great.

Am grateful for any Tip!

All a nice day...

I also had an account where my wife had the power of attorney.
But on the account statement there is always only my name.
How could the bank use your wife's name?
She has only signed a power of attorney, and otherwise does not appear in the system.

Hi upola,

yes my wife has but also the power of attorney for online banking, and I suspect that she is here linked to my account, so her name was also displayed in the transmission via Trustly, that is the problem.
I also sent Schnellwetten.com the opening with the use of online banking and the user (so me and my wife). But they assume that it is their account, although only I am the sole legal account holder, hence the whole dilemma....

Can't you send a new account statement with only your name on it, or can't the bank confirm this?
