Hello dear community,
i have been playing at Rizk.com for a long time and so far I have not had any difficulties with deposits/withdrawals.
I always use the same account for deposits and withdrawals ( method Deposit Sofort / withdrawal Trustly ).
Verification has also been done several times (color copy of ID, proof of income, etc.)
But since 2 weeks I try to make a withdrawal of 799€ at rizk.com without success.
Summary of the last 2 weeks:
- renewed Verification of the account requested by rizk.com > I have sent the requested documents ( color photo ID + face verification ) immediately by e-mail and also uploaded on their site > documents are currently "in process" on web page
- Support is difficult to reach ( callback not possible / German chat not available / by e-mail only English-speaking support )
- blocked win is credited to the account again ( I have blocked again immediately )
- the e-mail addresses for sending the documents change constantly (support-de@rizk.com, kundenservice@rizk.com, docs@rizk.com, support-en@rizk.com)
Can anyone help me to complete my withdrawal request with Rizk?
