Hello,
i've been registered with Rizk for a while now and haven't had any problems.

Withdrawals have worked without any problems. Deposits anyway.

Have then on 28.09.2020 once again requested a payout of 4500€. This was to be seen in transactions and then went to status "Confirmed". So far so good have then continued to play all deposits have worked without problems, unfortunately lost about 8000€. The payout of the 4500€ was after a week but still not on my bank account, then I contacted the support and asked if something is wrong because the 4500€ neither on the bank account nor on the player account have arrived.
