So far, withdrawals from Rizk have been completed within a couple of hours and there have never been any problems, until now.

On 01.05 I won a somewhat larger amount at Rizk without having used any kind of bonus, so there are no turnover requirements.
On 02.05 I then initiated the withdrawal and then came directly the mail for verification. Of course I have uploaded everything directly.
On 03.05 I then contacted the Live Chat and there I was told I quote " so internally I can see that your documents have already been verified 21 hours ago"
