Unclear terms and conditions and error message when trying to set a limit

Hello Dear Community,
I have had the following incident:
I won a sum of 45.000€ (in my case a very high sum). Have then also requested several payouts, since only 5,000€ per payout are possible. Total payout thus amounts to 9 payouts with a total sum of 45,000€. For me, this was a perfect moment to never again come into contact with casinos or the same (estimate myself also as a gambling addict, which is why I am also considering therapy), so I have also immediately tried to set a limit after the withdrawals, because I wanted to protect the money from myself, only that did not work and have received several error messages "our server is currently taking a break from the game, try again later or contact support". Then I looked in the terms and conditions "responsible gaming" how it looks like with a block. Here's what it says: " This way you can take a time out from the game and exclude yourself from playing with real money for up to 30 days. When the ban is active, you will still be able to see the games, but you will not be able to play or make any deposits or bookings. You will also stop receiving promotional emails during this time.
We also offer you the possibility to block yourself permanently. This is possible by contacting our Customer Support Team. If you choose to be permanently blocked, you will not be able to reopen your account. We will also try to track down any new accounts you open and close them immediately. You will also stop receiving promotional emails from us."
So with the first section it was unclear to me what happens to the withdrawals when I do the self exclusion.(no deposits and postings, sounds to me like the withdrawals will not be made either)
And in the second paragraph it does say that I should contact support for a complete lockout. Thus, I then immediately contacted the support whether it affects my payouts if I block, if not the blocking should be initiated immediately. But the whole day there was not a single reaction from the support, although they usually answer within a few hours. In the meantime I got 10.000€ paid out. In the evening I thought to myself, that can't be, maybe they have already done something, since I have already received a part of the payout, but nothing was written or I forgot to contact them. Wanted then actually only check whether I can log in or my account is already locked, but that was not so and I could still log in. Have controlled in the same train as it looks with my payouts, only that was the big mistake (should know one or the other gambling addict), the temptation was so great that I canceled the first payout and gambled away in a short time, then the vicious circle started and I chased my losses, so I canceled all the open payouts again and gambled away again :'(. Plus another 6844€ deposited again and also gambled away. The next day after I also gambled it all away again, I also got a reply from support "Yes withdrawals go while your account is locked, only you have no funds to withdraw"
Now my question is if this is all so correct regarding responsible gambling (protection for the player) given Platincasino by no possible limit setting and misleading T&C's?

So there you can only shake your head when you read something like this.
Why did you not simply set a betting limit? Then you could have cashed out normally without the possibility to play again. And then you could still have locked yourself.
But seriously. Actually, I'm annoyed myself just there to answer at all. You're just lying to yourself. Who seriously 35,000 € in one day gambled away that would have deposited again in any other casino anyway. Since the block at Platin would have been only self-deception anyway.
First the big win with which you can finally finish playing and then you gamble away the entire amount again. The total loss was preprogrammed anyway. And the already paid out 10,000.... are they still there or already spent?

As I mentioned, I could not set a limit, it always came an error message. (I also have a screenshot of, but do not know how to upload here)
And no I do not lie to myself, why should I? I have blocked me in any casinos and have already contacted a counseling center.
You're right about the total loss, that's why I wanted to protect the money from it. And at the same time, I also had all the other casinos blocked.
Of the 10,000 € I have also again after the money from the withdrawals was gone 6,844 € again deposited, as described above.
