i would like to tell you my story with Platin Casino and ask what you think about it.

I have had on 10.01.2021 a larger win. This I then wanted to pay out, which because of missing Verification understandably did not go. Have then on the following day, the 11.01.2021 uploaded all necessary documents and waited. For my own protection and the money because of my account via chat still freeze, until the end of verification and the answer I could then release my account at any time via Live Chat again. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 days... On 17.01.2021 I then received an email telling me that my documents all fit so far, but my Apple Pay documents are missing. Ok. Has me then annoyed, but can not be changed. The missing documents uploaded at the same time on 17.01.2020. I then ask in the live chat how long it is estimated to take to check my Apple Pay documents. Answer: "Up to one week". That's a really long time, but it's still okay. Then it started again with waiting... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 days... I looked every day under documents if something changed in my status. Well what can you do the documents are supposedly not there, so uploaded again and let me confirm via chat that they have arrived. Joy came then today the 26.01.2021 on (again 4 days later), when I received the mail that my account is now fully verified. I logged in and wanted to pay out and then saw that my account is still frozen. Ok, went into live chat and asked if this can have my freeze lifted. Who comes into chat with a copy paste message? Exactly Angelo. I should please write an email to support@platincasino.com and then wait. How wait?! How long? After a lot of back and forth, he was then able to give me a time of about 10 days. 10 days!!! Then we have the 4-5.02.2021. I then told him that I had my account frozen myself and was told I could have it released again in live chat. He then sold me for a fool, claiming that I had invented the story and that none of the employees had ever said anything like that. In the end he kicked me out of the live chat because I criticized him and called him rude. I just sent the mail. Nothing else remains...

But now again to my question. What do you think about it? How would you react? Or have you experienced something similar somewhere?
Maybe there is also a possibility to get the money before or to pay it out. If so, please let me know.

All in all, I find it a cheek. I won on 10.01.2021 and now I have to wait 2 1/2 weeks and if it goes on like this I will probably get my money exactly 1 month after the win...
