Hello zsm,
since 1Monat I have simply no access to my Platincasino account (status: Platin), I write the VIP service so often or the service ne mail, until today, unfortunately, no one answers me
And have no one insulted or otherwise iwas without justification for 1Monat no access and that as a Platin Member.
As soon as I try to log in I get the message -- your account is deactivated indefinitely-- .
Does iwie someone how I finally get access to my account again?

With me too...
First, they cheekily claimed that I would be 210 € in the minus because any deposits would have been booked back from trustly..
Then I have with Trustly and my bank the receipts and let me confirm that my deposits via trustly at Platincasino have received. It's technically not even possible to book something back... I forwarded them the account statements and messages and suddenly my account is blocked...... No more response from support...

I have 1600€ in Platin. Want to pay this out since April, however, I am not verified no matter what I upload. Now for about 2 months I have also been blocked and with me there is also no answer from support, the Live Chat also refers me only to the email support. Does anyone know what I can do?
