Hello,

i am a long time customer of Platin. Have already deposited / paid several 5 digit amounts in almost all payment systems offered.
For months I use my direct account at Platin and pay with Mastercard.
So far there have never been any problems, which is great.
Now I received after withdrawal request an email that their employees have noticed that this card is not verified.
Well... Before I open a barrel, I thought, I just do it again.
Several times my uploads were rejected

The internal and necessary requirements were not met.
So I create 16K high resolution photos that meet absolutely 100% of the requirements.
Now everything hangs. Get no more answer and my money is not yet paid out (is here only about ridiculous 165,00€, have today already, with the same card far more deposited).
