You are not allowed to play via third party accounts, this is regulated in the T&Cs of the casinos. Therefore, the MGA (licensing authority) will not help.

In Germany, it is only allowed to play in Schleswig Holstein with certain providers. In other states it is illegal, at best tolerated. Legally, it is therefore only possible to proceed against it via a lawyer abroad.
