i have won just over 5000€ at Platincasino. I requested two payouts as the maximum payout is €4000. At first it got really complicated as they wanted all kinds of proof. In the end, it was no longer possible to pay out using what was available (credit card). But at first they explicitly said that only credit cards were possible because I had deposited with them. Ok all right, any Verification was successful. Then I was told to please request the withdrawals via Inpay. Done. 1100€ payout was approved on Saturday and was on it on Monday. The 4000€ withdrawal was canceled for whatever reason (although it was already accepted before the other one) and suddenly I had the money on my account again. So the 4000€ payout has now become a 3500€ payout which I still don't have in my account. The booking was apparently on 31.10 and today is 6.11 and there is still nothing on it.

Can someone please help me?

I have not yet received any response to my query as to whether I will receive a payment receipt from Platincasino. In general, live support has unfortunately not been available since Friday. I don't know if it's just for my account or if they've switched it off in general.
