Hey Ho, I hope someone can help me.
I won money about 2 weeks ago which I wanted to withdraw.
For the last 2 weeks Platincasino has refused all attempts to withdraw the money. Support has answered me 3 times so far.
First they wanted Verification of the paysayfe account. I was very surprised as this had nothing to do with the depositor. Anyway, I successfully verified it and the payout was rejected again.
At some point, after what felt like 180 emails, I received a reply asking for a statement of the depositor's account. As I had made several deposits that day, I uploaded 2 bank statements from 2 different banks and both were accepted. Payout rejected again.
Then 2 days ago an automated email. They would need current bank statements... So I uploaded both again, both were accepted again, but the payout still hasn't gone out.

I am slowly at a loss. I have already verified my 2 banks twice, including viewing the depositors and everything else. They are still not paying out
The support just doesn't give an answer and the good gentleman here from the forum who has to do with Platincasino doesn't really answer either.


Anyone have any ideas what else I could do?
