GUTS,

I have very big problems with Platincasino Verification accompanied with withdrawal.

Withdrawal amount just 1000,00€ am Platin Member.
I wanted to withdraw the money via my minfinity acc, which was already verified.
Platin: " Withdrawal in progress "
After 24 hours I receive an email that the payout has been canceled due to verification:

Have submitted documents from tax office & authority ID card everything. Minfinity screenshot too. You can see all my data on the screenshots.
Again no info.
Another 24 hours later, payout canceled again.
Minfinity screenshot is not accepted,
Reason: screenshots must be taken from the desktop (PC). I also uploaded it afterwards.

Reason: Verification can take up to 72 hours, I should wait due to staff shortage.
