Hello everyone first and happy new year!
I have a problem, which is why I would like to ask for advice:
I have made the second place at Platin in the competition "Match of the day" (one-month penalty shootout) and thus won a TV (value about 2,000€). The competition ended on 18.12.22. In the description it said that winners would be contacted within 72h. This never happened and on my countless mails of the last weeks came only once an answer from the VIP support. In this it was said that the employee is waiting for further information from the responsible department. This is now again about a week ago. The normal live support cannot help at all (supposedly not even contacting the VIP support or a supervisor).
On inquiries about cash Bonuses I got the usual response lately. If it is about my win, I am completely ignored.
Does it make sense here to set a deadline by mail and then involve the MGA? I don't feel like threatening or actually going down the described path, since Platin is my absolute regular casino...
Nevertheless, I feel really badly treated right now, as I am simply being ignored.
Can anyone help me?

If you scroll all the way down there you will find Caro's profile. She works here at the platform and contacts casinos when players have a problem there. But only such casinos that are advertised here. Platin is one of them.
