Hello dear Gamble Joe members,
in the past many years I had always received a bonus for my birthday at Platin Casino (usually with email and code).
This year I did not receive this email at all and I sent a message to the support via the form in the Live Chat, which is no longer available, as well as by email.

I had the same problem in February (but I got an e-mail), after 3 questions in the chat I gave up and gave up the 10€ birthday money (with Gold status) because only standard answers came!
So apparently you can only reach the support live as a platinum player, so I think with such a free thing you should just let it go if you don't get an answer
