I have the following problem with pelaa.com:

Deposited and won just under 3k. Account verified which has already taken forever (about 2 weeks) now I have 3 open withdrawals (see screenshot)
I have written to the support 72h after the first withdrawal request what is going on because still nothing is processed. In the meantime 3 payouts are open. The support answered at 4am by email (because in the chat is NEVER available and by phone you can not reach on either of the numbers someone) that there is an increased withdrawal volume and it takes longer. In the meantime it is (calculated from the first withdrawal request) 6 days. This is double the time frame given by Pelaa.com for withdrawals from verified accounts
