Hello all,

i have now for 1 1/2 weeks a problem with Wunderino.

I have made a Deposit via Neteller, this has also been successfully processed with a transaction number from Neteller.

The first times in the chat it was said, there would be just problems with Neteller, the money should be seen in about 1-2 hours on my Wunderino account.... nothing happened.

Upon further inquiry, it should suddenly take up to 24 hours... again nothing happened.

The next response to my request was that the transaction was canceled and will be credited again to my Neteller account ... again nothing happened.

I sent screenshots of the successful Neteller transaction with amount and transaction number and a written response from Neteller to Wunderino... now supposedly you still can not credit the money because they currently do not come in at Neteller

I am just put off every day and do not get the credit....

If anyone has any advice please feel free to contact me!
