Hello all,

i would like to complain about Casino Wunderino!!!
I have made a Deposit of 30€ on 5 January and have selected the deposit option immediately via Klarna. The amount was also immediately debited from my bank account but has not been received by Wunderino until today. I have written several times to the support of Wunderino but got no help, they told me only that if the money is no longer arrives at them that it is then automatically credited back to my account. Now 14 days have passed and there has been nothing getan!!!!!
Also the customer service of Sofort / Klarna I have called and also opened a ticket to this case but also here does not.
Is there anyone here who can help me please please? I feel more than fooled the 30 € can not just disappear....
I also often pay in higher amounts, in this case I must say I am now just glad that it was 30 € and not more but here it is about the principle I want to have finally clarified where the deposit remains.
