Hello all,
ten days ago I created an account at WinStar and deposited a total of 2,000 euros (without bonus). I had no luck at all while playing and therefore requested a payout the next day when I still had about 700 euros. This payout or the payout request was confirmed to me by mail
One day later my account was suddenly blocked. An explanation for this, despite multiple requests to support, I have not received until today
My account has not been verified yet, but I have never been asked to submit any documents. Now I could not even do the "normal way", because I can not log in

I had a look at Winstar. At the bottom under responsible play is live chat. If you do not reach the go 2 fields to the right. There is the their email address and there you write to the there and wait for response.

But your answer may have helped me anyway. According to the FAQs, an account block is probably due to a not possible age verification. I have sent the relevant documents to them. Now I am curious: in order to continue playing on the site, I would have had to do so within 72 hours after registration. An easier to detect notice of this on the part of the casino would have been nice. 🙄 Let's see how they now - after the deadline has passed - deal with my withdrawal request...
