Hello everyone,

I deposited 250€ at Weltbet, did not use any bonus and now stand at 6000€. After I made a withdrawal request, as usual documents were requested for Verification by email. After I sent these, 2 days later without info by mail or message in the account the withdrawal was canceled without comment and my account has suspended status. Means I can not Deposit or withdraw, or place bets. Numerous contact attempts by email remained unanswered. Even the Live Chat can not (will not) help with partout

I am now aware that it was a bad decision to place sports bets in a casino that only has a license in Caracao. Maybe someone can still give me a tip.
