Hello Dear Community,
i have the following problem. I have an account with Wazamba and everything has actually gone well so far. Deposit no problem, Verification no problems, withdrawals were processed on time.
Now I was playing at Wazamba and all of a sudden an error came up. I was logged out. Then I wanted to log in again and then it said there account is frozen......
So I wrote to the support. There they told me that due to the policy Verwantortungsbewusstes play my account is permanently locked. I so the AGB's durchforstet and found nothing about it. No one can tell me what that is for a policy. It is now also not bad that they have frozen my account but I still have 1,400 € open withdrawals...
