Hello!

i would like to warn you about Vegasplus.com.

I deposited there 550,00 € and won 1500,06 €. I requested a withdrawal and wrote to the Live Chat that I am a gambling addict and that they please block the account and withdraw my funds. To be on the safe side, I also emailed the customer support again (the documents for the withdrawal were also attached)
I also received in both cases a confirmation that they have received my self-exclusion and now everything is blocked.

Unfortunately, this was not the case and I was able to play normally one day later. Unfortunately, I then used everything in a weak moment and lost everything. This should not have been possible after I told the casino 2 times that I was a gambling addict and that my account should please be blocked.

But the best is yet to come: after I had complained to customer support that I was not excluded although I had told them 2 times I was told that we will find a suitable Einzahlunslimit and that I will get a bonus afterwards.

This casino is trying to persuade gambling addicts to play.

I demand from the casino to pay out the balance that I had at the self-exclusion, namely 1500.06 to pay. Unfortunately, the casino refuses of course!

Please stay away from this. There are so many honest casinos out there, please do not fall for these scammers.

Thank you.

I have a question

You win and go straight to chat and say you're a gambling addict? Have you ever looked to close it yourself? So somewhere in the tab, it says self-exclusion for sure?

Instead of going for a walk, you go back in and gamble it all away? Once considered that there is a pandemic? Everything is down to the minimum? No one there to immediately fulfill your wish? At the end even ask for the money back? You realize your mistake?

but if you would have won more from the 1500 euro it would be ok if the casino says you only get the 1500 euro when you requested the self-exclusion.

i do not think so.
who bets so much money must also be aware that he can lose everything again.
