Here is a warning about 7Bit Casino. I strongly recommend everyone not to play at this dubious casino!
After I registered through Askgamblers with a coin there for a 10 euro no Deposit and had converted the wager, I now wanted to withdraw my played up 60 euros (my account is verified).
Then today I received this mail : " We would like to inform you that your winnings in the amount of 60 EUR were subtracted due to the fact that our security department has discovered that you have a duplicate account."
This is of course complete humbug as I only have one fixed Ip in my household and only one account via mail ever registered there.
Asked for proof and got as answer : " Unfortunately, we can not provide you with the confidential information from the system of our casino and the accounts of the other players in our casino."
In my eyes, this is a clear scam or "multiple account scam" that some casinos use to avoid having to pay out. It is not about the small sum of 60 euros, but about the principle and therefore I advise everyone who reads this from ever depositing in this casino.
I will open another case at AskGamblers regarding this, because I saw that I am of course not the first one that 7Bit Casino tries this scam. Therefore for now : 7Bit Casino = Scam.

Can be anything. I just find it extremely scammy when one is told: we say you have n double account and pull your money without any evidence to present and then after demand to write we do not send this sensitive data, if it's about my account, so it's a matter between me and the casino - but then for example Askgamblers after case opening these data to send (see other cases of the same kind with them).
This is the first time that I experience such a shit and do not let such false accusations sit on me. Let's see what Askgamblers says about it - will probably be closed anyway ( as it happened with the other cases where it is about multiple accounts ). But at least then others know because of this problem and consider 2 times to Deposit with them. Let's see ...

So after a long back and forth, a Vip Manager of the casino has told me what the problem is. I am accused that I would have registered allegedly in addition to my created account over 2 other email accounts (allegedly also over the same ip) - have these two accounts never seen before and with which nothing to do. I have a fixed ip and wonder how something like this can happen. Does anyone have a plan how to prove that this is not the case? I have to prove that the accounts are not related to me - ridiculous. What can be done here?
